The following terms and conditions regarding payment and shipping apply:

Deliveries are made within Germany and Austria.


Deliveries within Germany (Germany) and Austria:

We do not charge shipping costs.


Delivery periods/delivery terms

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 1-7 days, with foreign supplies within 15-40 days after conclusion of a contract and receipt of the demanded payment. As a rule, the goods are shipped within 1-3 days, but it may happen more rarely that the shipping processing may take up to 7 days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Since our suppliers have their locations in non-EU countries, this range of shipping and delivery time arises.
If you have ordered several items, we will try to ship them at the same time. Otherwise, discrepancies between the arrival times of their articles may occur.

Remotely, there is the possibility due to the international shipping of your ordered goods and the country of origin, that customs duties of 19% of the purchase price may be incurred on importation and the goods must be released at customs. This can, but does not have to happen. We only inform you about the possibility. Customs duty and taxes are usually incurred from a value of goods of about twenty-two euros. The customs is free to destroy plagiarism suspicious products (this usually refers to watches), should this be the case, you have the option to forward the notification of customs to us. In this case we will refund you the purchase price of the goods you purchased in our online store.

Would you like to pay your order in advance?
Your desired items will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. The items will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 7 days). Depending on your credit institution, it may take 3-5 business days until we receive your payment.

Please always indicate your order number as reason for payment. This will be displayed after your order at the top left of your order confirmation, or in your email inbox with your order confirmation email as follows (example: #123456).
